Charles "Bob" Drugan

Charles “Bob” R. Drugan, 65, of Loudonville, died Monday, February 22, 2021 at Ohio Mansfield Hospital.

Bob was born October 6, 1955 in Florence, KY to Clarence and Bertis {Popp} Drugan.

He married Betty Baum on April 1, 2017.

Bob retired from Charles River after 25 years where he worked in Animal Husbandry.  He attended Ashland Worship Center. Bob enjoyed fishing on his pontoon boat on Charles Mill. Bob specialized in humor and loved his family very much.

Bob will be deeply missed by his wife; children Charles “Bud” (Michelle) Drugan Jr., Matilda (Jason) Carmen, stepchildren Kimberly (David) Adkins and Bridget (Mike Miller) Case, Todd (Heather) Baum, Cindy (Rick) Adkins, Heidie (Ken) Murphy, Michael (Erica) Baum, Tricia (Gary Adkins) Kinny, Michelle Hitchcock; brothers Don (Pam) Drugan and Ron (Brenda) Drugan, sisters Lillian Nunn, Linda Rannels, Alma Swazye, and Jeannette Gombash; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Joyce, brother Bill Drugan, great-grandchildren Waylon David Adkins, Beau David Harris.

Friends may call Friday from 11 to 12 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel, Ashland.  Services will be Friday at 12 at the funeral home with Pastor Ted Mason officiating.  Burial will be at Ashland Memorial Park. Online tributes may be made at w.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
