Chester McKown

Chester Junior McKown, 88, of Dalton, died Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Shady Lawn Nursing Home.

Chester was born January 14, 1931 in Spencer, WV to Chester Arthur and Pearl{Husk} McKown.

He married Bonnie Tucker on January 13, 1958.  She died February 18, 2009.

Chester worked for Crown Fiberglass for 24 years before retiring in 1993.  His favorite activity was meeting friends for morning coffee at McDonalds.

Chester will be deeply missed by his step children Pansy (Elijah) Brannon of Orrville, and Gary Hall of Orrville;  nine step grandchildren;  eleven step great-grandchildren; sister Mary (George) Hardman of West Virginia.

Chester was preceded in death by his parents, wife, stepdaughters, stepson,  and numerous siblings.
