Linda Simmerman

Linda S. Simmerman, 65, of Wooster, died Thursday, September 19, 2019 at LifeCare Hospice.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.  Friends may call one hour prior from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.   Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.

Linda was born February 12, 1954 in Wooster to Ernest and Mitsue {Kodama} Brenneman.

She married Marcus Simmerman Jr. on October 21, 1972.

Linda enjoyed going to yard sales and spending time with her cats.

Linda will be deeply missed by her husband of 47 years; sons Marcus E. Simmerman III and Michael E. Simmerman; sisters Carol Stryker of Alexandria and Betty Durbin of Wooster; brother-in-law Gary Simmerman of Valdosta, GA; sisters-in-law Sherry (Cleo) Moore of Stuart, FL and Terri (Jeff) Heslep of Alliance; numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, mother-in-law Katherine Simmerman-Schraedly, and father-in-law Marcus Simmerman.
