Lucille Coblentz

Lucille (Lucia) G. Bursani-Coblentz, 96, of Wooster, died Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at LifeCare Hospice.

Friends may call Friday, September 24, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Services will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Father Richard Samide officiating. Lucille was born November 15, 1924, in Wooster to Anthony from Lombarby, Italy and Theresa {Cicconetti} Bursani from Collepiatro, Italy.

She married Oliver Edward Coblentz Sr. in August of 1954.

Lucille worked for Regal Wear and Rubbermaid for 27 years until retiring in 1973.  She was a member of Saint Mary’s of Wooster.  Lucille enjoyed cooking spaghetti and “stovepipes” (rigatoni) and loving up on her family. She was known for always having Rosary Beads and prayer cards with her.

Lucille will be deeply missed by her children Oliver E. (Stacey) Coblentz Jr., Daniel T. Hall, and Mary Lou (John) Norris; grandchildren Jenni Lupo, Erik (Brooke) Coblentz, Melissa (Caleb) Ward, and Justin (Amber) Norris; great-grandchildren Anthony, Kade, Karson, Dylan, Owen, Myles, and Everett and great-great-grandchildren Bellamy.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers Albert and Ray, Rudy, Tony, and Bill Bursani; sisters Mary Zappone, JoAnn Hayes, Amy Dulaney, Rose May, Caroline Bursani, and Helen Beers.
