Victor Ryneer

August 16, 1928 — October 6, 2020

Victor Cloyd Ryneer, 92, of 195 Parkview Circle passed away Tuesday October 6, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones in Smithville.

Private family service will be held at Roberts Funeral Home, Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Joyce Williams officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Wadsworth.

Victor was born on August 16, 1928 in Wayne County. He was son of Elmer George and Susannah {Hartel} Ryneer.

Victor worked for Green Local School, Smithville and Marshallville Police Department and Wayne County Sheriffs Department before retiring. He was a member of The Easton United Methodist Church in Easton. Victor was a member of Marshallville American Legion Post 718.

Victor is survived by his wife Barbara (Bieri) of 66 years; sons Ken (Diane) Ryneer of Smithville, Scott (Leah) Ryneer of Wooster, daughters Sheryl (Dave) Kitchen of Shreve, Sandra (Alvin) Snow of Wooster; Eight grand daughters Heather Kindy, Jennifer Morgan, Christina Holcomb, Angie Miller, Tiffany Schupp, Emily Gerhart, April Snow, Amy Bogner ;16 great-grandchildren Traci, Kaitlyn Reiheld Courtney, Kent Kindy, Cort Stout, Dakota, Danicka and Chase Schupp, Max and Drew Morgan, Bailey and Garrett Bogner, Adysson and Hudson Gerhart, Morgan and Grant Miller; three great great grand children Mabel Ann, Caspian Stout, and Silas Ryan Reiheld.

Victor leaves a sister Wanda Graham of Wooster.

Victor was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Alta Ramseyer, Goldie Spear, Beth Boreman, Maxine Ferguson, Violet Hoskinson, Dorthy Franks, Shirley Iceman, and Catherine Gerstenslager and brothers George, Charles and Richard.
