Lauri Kaarl Uusitalo, 78, of Bristolville died Sunday, February 5, 2006 at St Joseph Hospital in Warren. There will be no services. Burial will be at Pineview Memorial Park. He was born February 12, 1927 in Finland to Charles and Martha Uusitalo. He married Betty Elston in September 1951. She died in 1998.
He served in the US Navy during WWII in Pearl Harbor. He then worked for RMI for many years, retiring in 1992. He was a mason and enjoyed golf and sports.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by sisters Lila Ciletti and Lillian Taneri.
