Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Services will be Friday at 11 am at the Grace Brethren Church with Pastor Eric Fairhurst officiating. Pat was born March 30, 1954 in Akron to Denver and Eileen {Shepler} Hensel.

She married Robert Johnston on May 6, 1995. He survives.

She worked for Wooster Community Hospital and several nursing facilities. Pat enjoyed painting, crocheting, and other arts and crafts. She loved working in her yard and spending time with her granddaughter.

Pat will be deeply missed by her husband Bob, son Steve Hobden and granddaughter Allie Hobden of Wooster; brothers Gary Hensel of Uniontown, and Larry Hensel of North Carolina; sisters Shirley Stalnaker, Mickie Roach, Tami Shepard all of Clinton, Gladys Wiles of New Jersey, and Debbie Martin of Akron.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Bobbie Schilling.
