??Born October 26, 1953, in Ashland, he was the son of Frank Eugene Howman and Charlotte Jane Donley.
??Mr. Howman had been employed for 29 years as a machinist for Pentair Pumps. ?He was a veterans of the United States Marine Corps.
??He married Sandra Kay Keylor on August 10, 1973 who survives. ?Including his mother, surviving are two sons Tracy (Amanda Adams) Howman and Chad (Wendy Bertsech) Howman both of Ashland, two granddaughers Summer and Sierra Howman, two sisters Gayle (Kenny) Moore and Vicky Hamby both of Ashland. ?Preceding him in death are his father, brother Ronnie Howman, and sister Sharon Goines, and several nieces and nephews.
??Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 30, 2006 at Roberts Funeral Home, 1058 US 250 North, Ashland. ?Burial will be in Ashland County Memorial Park, with military rites conducted by the Ashland Veterans Honor Guard.
