Blayne William Nussbaum, infant son of Jeremy and Carrie {Humrichouser} Nussbaum of Polk, died Friday, September 12, 2008 at Akron Children’s Hospital.In addition to his parents, he will be deeply missed by a twin brother Bryce Michael Nussbaum; maternal grandmother Donna Humrichouser of Wooster; paternal grandfather Michael (Michelle) Nussbaum of Tennessee; Paternal grandmother Diane Nussbaum of Dalton; paternal great-grandparents Bill (Barbara) Harder of Dalton and Ruth Nussbaum of Kidron; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Bill Humrichouser and twin cousins.
Services will be Tuesday at 11am at the Roberts Funeral Home – Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with the Rev. Kevin Phipps officiating.Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster.
