Doloris J. Winkler, 69, of Wooster died Wednesday, April 1 at her residence. There will be no services. Roberts Funeral Home - Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting the family with arrangements.
Doloris was born March 1, 1940 in Rittman to A.F. and Lillian {Hatcher} Copley. She married James R. Winkler on March 22, 1956. He survives.
Doloris was a homemaker and a member of the former Church of God in Smithville. She was a member of a ladies club and enjoyed collecting, creating arts & crafts, woodworking, and cooking.
She will be deeply missed by her husband, children John L. (Vickie), David R. (Nancy Jo), Timothy (Peggy), and Loretta (Mike Casey) Winkler all of Wooster; 18 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; and a brother Chuck Copley of Wooster.
Doloris was preceded in death by a stillborn child, and 2 brothers Ralph and Albert Copley.
