Mary Ickes

TOGETHER AGAIN AND FOREVER

Mary “Sis” Ickes, 79, of Wadsworth, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011, at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital. She was born August 19, 1932 in Barnhill, Ohio to Sherman Foster and Verna (Kappler) Renicker. She married Jack D. Ickes July 19, 1951. She was a member of Northside Christian Church for ten years, enjoyed her cats, crocheting and making candy. Mary always had a great Christmas at her house and enjoyed spending time with her family.



Mary will be deeply missed by daughters Linda (Daniel R.) Winkler of Perrysville, Susan (Chet J. ) Zielinski of Wadsworth, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, brother Daniel “Cork” (Sheila) Renicker of Denison, Ohio, sister Kathy (Dwight) Frame also of Denison, Ohio, and numerous neices and nephews . In addition to her husband Jack, Mary was preceded in death by a sister Betty Stull, brother Tom Renicker, and a great grandson Tyler James.



Funeral services will be on Monday at 2:00 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel in Seville with Robin Hart of Northside Christian Church in Wadsworth officiating.
