Noah Spence

Noah D. Spence, 81, of Rittman died Friday, February 2, 2007 at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital. He was born June 24, 1925 in East Lynn, WV to George and Laura (Sellars) Spence. ?He married Rebecca Ross on November 1, 1946. He served in the US Army in WWII. He retired from PCA in 1987 after 34 years of service and was a member of the Natatorium in Barberton for 17 years. He enjoyed gardening and rabbit hunting.

Noah is survived by sons Larry (Chloea) of Wooster and Garry of Rittman, grandchildren Lori Kim, Larry Spence Jr., James Spence, great grandchildren Evan and Ashton Kim and Connor Spence, brothers Glenn of East Lynn, WV, Kennis of Bloomfield, OH, and sister Doris Steele of East Lynn, WV. He was preceded in death by his wife Rebecca in 2003, brothers James and Wayne Spence, and sisters Goldie Waugh and Gypsy Gillespie.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel in Wadsworth with Rev. John Castle officiating.
