Richard “Rick” Allen Horner, 60, of Ashland, died Tuesday , November 30, 2010 at the Martin House in Ashland, Ohio.
Richard was born September 11, 1950 in Wadsworth, Ohio to Paul and Ida
(Farnsworth) Horner.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Vietnam War.He was a member of the Eagles Club and the American Legion.Richard had been employed at LuK and Gerstenslager Co, both in Wooster.
Richard will be deeply missed by sons; Scott Horner of Ashland, Randy Horner and Patrick Horner, both of Wooster and his daughter, Rachel Kent of Ashland; his six grandchildren, brothers; Albert Horner and Paul Horner; sisters; Margaret Perry and Roberta.
A private family service will be held.Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
Roberts Funeral Home, Ashland Chapel, assisted in the arrangements.
