Sylvia Bryant, 81, of Sarahsville OH, passed away Friday, February 25, at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. She was born May 6, 1929 in Gatewood WV, to William H. and Laura (Presnell) Swanigan. She married Chester Bryant on April 10, 1949. Sylvia was a homemaker a proficient quilter enjoyed spending time with her family.
Sylvia will be deeply missed by her children Jeanette (Richard) Zimmerman Sarahsville Oh, Chester Bryant of Akron Oh, Janie (Steve) Hugart of Orlando Fl, Sam (Mary) Bryant of Akron Oh, eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband Chester, her son Gerald, seven brothers and one sister.
Friends may call Wednesday from 2 to 3 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Wadsworth. Funeral services will follow at 3 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Roberts Funeral Home to help defray funeral expences.
