William "Bill" Glen Randles, 69, of Barberton, died after a brave and courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, January 21 at Hospice of Copley. Services will be Wednesday, January 24, at 11:00 AM at the Roberts Funeral Home Hillcrest Chapel in Wadsworth. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.robertsfuneralhome.com.
Bill was born May 25, 1937 in Layland, Ohio to Charles W. and Jessie Belle (McCune) Randles. He married Sharon Keister on November 26, 1960. He served in the US Navy, had been employed at Pittsburgh Plate Glass for 25 years and retired from Magic City Supply. He was a member of the Barberton Moose, the PPG 20 year club and the Colombia Athletic Club.
In addition to his wife, Sharon he is survived by daughters Deborah and Carl Wille of Amherst, Kathleen Cummings of Cuyahoga Falls, grandchildren Ryan, Chad, Brandon, Patricia and Katrina and his special cats Pudgie and Bootsie. His parents and a brother Jack Randles preceded him in death.
